Scott Kurtz, creator of the widely popular webcomics PvP and Table Titans, is set to venture out into comics for middle schoolers with his graphic novel Table Titans Club. It features characters who are the younger versions of the Table Titans characters led by Val along with her gaming companions Alan, Andrew, and Darius. It follows their exploits as they deal with gaming and real life.
The book is aimed at kids of the ages of 8-12 and will be published by Holiday House on March 5, 2024 in both hardcover and paperback editions.
Kurtz has won both an Eisner and a Harvey award for PvP, a webcomic which he launched in May 4, 1998. Table Titans was launched as a spin-off of PvP in 2013. You can find out more details about Table Titans Club here.
